Simplify

Summer is here!

I tend to panic in summer time.

Routine is thrown off, the heat makes me feel stuck inside, and the kids get... BORED!

So, that word "bored" is an interesting one.

It used to scare me.

 Now, I embrace it.  

I used to try to fill each moment that felt "boring"

Now I let it be.

And time to be is a true gift. 

Beautiful things are born out of unscheduled times in our day.

Slowing down and simplifying is trickling into all areas of our life and we are thankful that the Lord has brought us to this place of rest and peace.
